VAAD Training Academy was founded by Addy with a clear purpose: to raise the standard of training available to frontline healthcare and care professionals. What began as a small, dedicated operation in Bradford has since grown into a trusted provider delivering accredited programmes to organisations across the UK.
From the outset, our focus has been on the care sector — an industry where high-quality training directly impacts the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable people.
